In everything we do, Orvis seeks to inspire a deep connection to adventure and wonder in the outdoor world. For Orvis and its customers alike, the outdoors not only sustain us, but demand of us, if we are to benefit from the use of our natural resources, that we be willing to act to preserve them. Without flourishing wildlife habitat, wilderness forever wild, and living rivers and oceans to sustain us, the very existence of our valued outdoor experiences are threatened. We dedicate ourselves to personal responsibility in our own lives, and our collective efforts to the restoration, enhancement, and ultimately the long-term protection of these last great wild places. Orvis commits 5% of pre-tax profits to protecting and sustaining the natural world, not only now, but for all who follow.
